Privacy Policy
InterviewCoach is an AI interview-practice product operated by SELLSYSTEMS. This policy explains what the Android release collects, how the backend uses it, and how deletion requests are handled.
Operator
InterviewCoach is operated by SELLSYSTEMS as an AI interview-practice product. Privacy and support requests can be sent through the support page: /support/.
What the app collects
- Profile fields such as name, current title, years of experience, and focus areas.
- User-provided content such as resume/CV text, target company and role information, job-description text, and interview answers.
- Generated outputs such as interview transcripts, scoring, reports, and coaching rewrites.
- Operational metadata needed to run the service, such as timestamps, request identifiers, and service-health traces.
How the data is used
- To create candidate and role records.
- To run AI interview sessions and generate reports.
- To support retrieval, evaluation, observability, and debugging of the service.
- To operate and improve the reliability of the product.
Third-party processing
The app sends user-provided content to the InterviewCoach backend. The backend may process relevant content with service providers used for model execution and tracing, including OpenAI-powered runtime paths and LangSmith tracing.
InterviewCoach does not use the app for advertising and does not sell user-provided content.
On-device behavior
- The app requires network access to function.
- The current release path does not record microphone audio.
- Voice playback uses local Android text-to-speech on the device.
- Android cloud backup is disabled for this app release path.
Retention and deletion
Interview data is retained as part of the working service state and operational history needed to run the product. There is currently no self-serve deletion control inside the app.
If you need data deleted, use the support path at /support/ and include any available candidate/session identifiers or the approximate submission time so the request can be handled accurately.
Security
Production and staging app traffic is served over HTTPS. The app is configured to reject cleartext HTTP traffic in the Android client.
